Haver & Boecker locked and loaded for dosingPosted on March 14th, 2019 in News
Haver & Boecker will exhibit its new Roto-Lock dosing technology for filling valve bags at AUSPACK 2019.
A specialist in processing and packaging solutions for the cement, building materials, chemicals, food, and animal feed industries, Haver & Boecker will install the Roto-Lock system as standard on all new Roto-Packer, Integra, and Elementra packing machines for dry bulk materials; it can also be retrofitted to existing machines.
The Roto-Lock’s maintenance-free dosing, clean filling, and durable components reduce product loss and downtime, leading to reduced costs, higher product yields, and higher profits, the company claims. The system also creates a completely closed filling channel, and does not require readjustments to the dosing unit once installed.
Haver & Boecker will display the Roto-Lock system as part of its Elementra EVT-1 Seal Edition packing machine; the stand will also feature its R-Class reject screen and its Elementra Type 14 filler.
