The CLP loads products into cartons, corrugated trays or RPC crates automatically. The system is suitable to handle rigid, semi-rigid or flexible products. The feed system is capable of turning or not turning products, which offers a huge variety of packing patterns within a fixed footprint. Change over between different products is fully automatic via product selection from the HMI screen's menu. Pick-up heads are a simple plug n play concept with gentle product handling. The system offers extreme levels of reliability in combination with high capacity and very low cost of ownership.
