The FAM TRIDIS is a tridimensional dicer, designed for processors of fruit and vegetables to reach perfect cut quality at medium - high volumes. Suitable for a variety of produce from peaches, mangoes & pears, to harder root vegetables like carrots, potatoes & onions. 

The TRIDIS has a small footprint and rugged stainless steel design can achieve capacities from 1500 kg per hour (3mm dice) up to 6 tonne an hour (10mm dice, product dependant).
