SL 105 Shelf Ready (vertical) Casepacker
| The SL 105 side loader has been specially developed for applications requiring vertical packing of a wide variety of flexible bags, in a case or crate with a number of different packing patterns. Bags are placed in a cassette, which progressively moves downwards by one layer of bags at a time. The cassette reaches its lowest position in readiness for loading the product into the case. After three dimensional compaction is applied, the pusher moves the contents of the cassette into the vertically placed case, A menu-controlled case feed system ensures supply of both empty and filled cases or RPC crates. Bag types: Pillow, Block Bottom, Doy and anything in between |
