The SUMMIT SPINNER is a rugged easy to use piece of equipment made for spin drying product.  The SPINNER can be used on a variety of lettuce and vegetables to remove excess water. 

Using standard 45l baskets, once loaded into the cradle the lid is closed which starts the preset cycle. Forward and reverse speed and time is easily adjusted on the touch screen.
