TecnAir were set the challenge of designing & manufacturing a replacement for an old palletising gripper. Spare parts were becoming obsolete and the customer needed to reduce compressed air consumption

Starting from scratch we designed vacuum modules in-house that incorporate readily available parts. Air consumption was reduced by over 37%, maintenance was made simpler, a stronger grip was achieved and no software modifications were required.
