Aylin Cunsolo is a Special Counsel at Baker McKenzie in Melbourne. Aylin specialises in renewable energy project development, energy regulatory matters and energy contracting, including retailer and corporate PPAs, connection, energy supply and metering agreements.
She also specialises in energy, resources and infrastructure transactions, including M&A and joint ventures, and has experience in advising the NSW government on electricity market reform. Aylin is currently Secretary and Board Member of Women in Energy (WIE). The mission of WIE is to enable women to advance their careers in the energy sector by delivering education, training, advocacy and networking.
