Alicia has over 25 years’ experience in the packaging and supply chain industry delivering solution-based programs and supporting industry growth initiatives. She is currently managing a portfolio of R&D projects for Meat and Livestock Australia on evaluating new sustainable meat packaging, demonstrating technologies for shelf-life extension to expand export market opportunities, including ambient temperature supply chains, and exploring agri-waste to resource initiatives within the Australian red meat industry.
