Charlotte’s role is to raise the capability of the procurement and supply management and promote accessibility to professional recognition. Charlotte has worked for CIPS since 2004 and re-located to Melbourne in 2019. Charlotte is focussed on raising the profile of the procurement and supply management profession and collaborating with employers and education stakeholders to drive professionalisation. She attained a Master of Business Administration from the University of Birmingham and has worked with stakeholders to the procurement profession in the UK and Europe, China, South Africa, Botswana, Ghana, Malawi and Zambia, as well as Australia and New Zealand.
