With over 10 years’ experience with Meat & Livestock Australia, Darryl leads strategic programs in Off Farm Processing Efficiency, Objective Measurement and Digital Agriculture. These programs feature significant R&D investments both on and off-farm in lamb and beef automation and associated advanced sensing systems utilising x-ray, CT and machine vision technologies.
