Diren has spent most of his career in FMCG and Food packaging, primarily in the Operations and Continuous Improvement space.  He has solved problems for businesses as an internal consultant, external consultant and manager giving him insight from multiple perspectives on the challenges business have turning data into results.  Diren has a degree in Mechatronic Engineering (Hons 1) from the University of Sydney and an MBA from AGSM.  Diren is currently the Head of Manufacturing for NCI Packaging in Australia.
