Luke Wood has held executive level roles in supply chain management, innovation, designing & deploying emerging technology to remove waste and inefficiency from supply chains ranging from retail warehouse systems to oil field asset control. He began his career in the food industry with UK retailer Sainsbury, spent a few years consulting to Australian retailers before venturing into supply chain management in the US brewing industry. Luke also founded and held executive roles in an IoT company operating in oil industry supply chains in the US. Most recently he was Head of Supply Chain Technology & Innovation at Woolworths, where he was responsible for the strategy & design of their logistics execution systems. Luke is a former Executive Council Member - IOT Australia Association, a former board member of the Australian Supply Chain Institute current board member for Bloombox and For Escavox and sits on various industry bodies associated with food traceability, security and waste.
