Paul Chatfield leads the marketing of Mondelēz International’s Australian and New Zealand(ANZ) product portfolio, which features some of the nations’ most loved brands, including Cadbury Dairy Milk, The Natural Confectionery Company, Philadelphia cream cheese, Oreoand Pascall.
As Vice-President of Marketing, Paul’s responsibility is to ensure that consumers remain at the heart of Mondelēz International’s brand and business decision making in ANZ.
With a passion for driving growth through diverse, brand marketing excellence, Paul has held multiple marketing roles across the fast-moving consumer goods industry, including Associate Director Everyday Chocolate, Mondelēz ANZ; Sales and Marketing Lead, Vitasoy ANZ and Marketing Manager, Heinz.
Paul and his team strive to delight Australian and New Zealand consumers everyday by delivering them the right product, for the right moment, made in the right way. After completing a Bachelor of Economics (Economics and Marketing) at Sydney’s Macquarie University, Paul has been a key member of Mondelēz International’s ANZ headquarters for more than seven years.
